selsta posts February 2024 dev update

selsta1 has posted a monthly CCS progress report2 for February 2024, which includes several dev updates.

Milestone 1:
-Spent most of my time on preparing v0.18.3.2. [..]
-Researched and resolved a HackerOne report.
-Prepare website changes for the upcoming riscv64 binaries.
-Continued to optimize our issue tracker by adding new labels, close old issue.

Note that misc work is not explicitly mentioned in these updates. The full list of changes can be found on Github3’4.

This update completes the first milestone of selsta’s part-time (February-April 2024) Monero development CCS proposal5.
