[ANN] PSA: Manually increase your transaction fee if you want a quick confirmation

Right now there is a 20 block backlog of transactions in Monero’s mempool/txpool. When you submit a transaction it will take about 40 minutes for it to be confirmed on the blockchain by a miner. [..] If you set the fee to “Normal (x1 fee)” instead of “Automatic” (which chooses the “Slow (x0.2 fee)” option now), your transaction should confirm in as little as two minutes.
