rehrar releases Stack Wallet v1.10.2

rehrar1 has released Stack Wallet2 version 1.10.23 with various fixes and updates.

Updated Epic Cash to latest (3.6.0)
Updated Epicbox functionality
Firo Spark fix (will no longer attempt to spend the same output as previous send)
Ethereum tokens fix (now adds certain ETH tokens that errored out before)
