kayabaNerve's FCMPs R&D CCS proposals ready for funding

kayabaNerve1’s CCS proposals2’3 for Full-Chain Membership Proofs research and development work are now ready for funding4’5:

Funding needed:
-Research CCS: 2000 XMR (100%+ funded)
-Dev CCS: 920 XMR (100%+ funded)
