hinto-janai releases Gupax v1.3.2

hinto-janai1 has released Gupax2 version 1.3.23 with a few updates.

Added window scaling option (0.1..2.0 pixel scaling multiplier)
Remote Node changes: Removed oracle.netrix.cc
