ajs-xmr submits CCS proposal to incorporate Czech LLC for MoneroKon

ajs-xmr¹ has submitted a CCS proposal² looking to incorporate a Czech LLC (s.r.o.) for the Monero Konferenco³:

Now that the conference has grown and we are looking to establish a permanent presence in Prague, it makes sense to incorporate a dedicated Czech LLC (společnost s ručením omezeným - s.r.o.) for MoneroKon. [..] MoneroBull has volunteered to be the sole director/shareholder of the LLC.

Funding: 46.88 XMR (6820 EUR)

Costs

• Estimated legal and accounting costs (first year): 5.000 EUR
• Virtual office/registered address (yearly, for LLC and director): 700 EUR
• Travel to Prague for signing of documents (2 trips): 500 EUR
• Volatility buffer (10%): 620 EUR

ajs-xmr was part of the organization team for the DefCon27 Monero Village⁴, CDC/36C3⁵, MoneroKon 2022⁶, MoneroKon 2023⁷, and a Monero Policy Working Group⁸ contributor.

monerobull⁹ is the maintainer of the monerosupplies.com¹⁰’¹¹ shop, the admin of monero.town¹², and a MAGIC Monero Fund¹³ Committee Member¹⁴.
